2025 SCHEDULE
DAY 1 Official Welcome Reception. As the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean, speakers and attendees are welcomed at an evening reception to kick off Hawaii Travel Week. In partnership and hosted by OUTRIGGER.
DAY 2 Travel Weekly Hawaii Leadership Forum is an all-day conference with guest speakers and panelists who discuss global travel trends as it relates to the Hawaiian Islands. The afternoon ends with a networking cocktail reception on-site. In partnership and hosted by Sheraton Waikiki and Marriott International. For select invitees, the evening continues with Marriott International's customer reception and networking under the stars.
DAYS 3-5 Hosted by Travel Weekly, the Executive Roundtable the day after the forum gathers leaders from the industry to discuss critical topics about Hawaii's travel industry. By invite only and in partnership and hosted by Sheraton Waikiki and Marriott International. The remaining days of Hawaii Travel Week, the Hawaiian hospitality continues and is filled with meetings, events, and receptions connecting Hawaii suppliers with their global partners.
