Justin is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in advertising, promotions, marketing, and sales. He understands the critical role that integrated marketing strategies play in driving business success. His method revolves around aligning his clients’ financial objectives with the need to connect audiences to their significant products and services. This commitment is central to his collaborations with businesses in Hawaii, where he effectively pairs them with media partners to formulate comprehensive marketing solutions that cater to the entire customer journey.

 

With a decade of experience in the tourism and travel sector, Justin previously held director role at a hotel management company. There, he directed branding efforts, customer marketing initiatives, and advertising strategies targeting both consumer and trade audiences. His role involved implementing successful integrated marketing strategies that enhanced revenue across distribution channels for properties within the company’s portfolio, spanning the Hawaiian Islands, continental U.S., and Central America.

Before his tenure in hospitality, Justin gained valuable experience in account service positions at a Honolulu-based advertising agency. He also excelled in high-volume media sales, large-scale event planning, and managed advertising production and graphic design for a national retailer's Hawaii division. Justin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Hawaii.

In his leisure time, Justin enjoys savoring the diverse culinary offerings on Oahu, traveling internationally, and spending time with family on Kauai.
